Shimano
Shimano has the only shoe and pedal system that is engineered simultaneously, resulting in components for road cycling and mountain biking that are truly made for each other. Shimano engaged Sprited to translate this brand promise into a video concept.
Our concept centered around the idea of “when it clicks, you feel it”. The storyboard intro shows a series of items making connections and being turned on. All these connections engage power. Satisfying clicks, latches, connections, presses, were scripted to happen with rhythmic timing.
The final click is is a road cyclist engaging the Shimano shoe and pedal system. The rider takes off, and at this point we hit the technical highlights with animated callouts.
Then we translated the entire concept from road cycling to mountain biking.
While maybe a bit of an unexpected project for us, we are not ones to shy away from a creative challenge. What challenge do you have for us?
